What you will be responsible for as a Sales Driver:
Drive Results: Own the revenue goals for your territory, delivering against ambitious growth targets through strategic, solution-based selling.
Lead the Charge: Follow up on marketing-assigned leads while proactively generating demand, identifying new opportunities, and tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
Strategic Partner: Build meaningful relationships with new clients, using a consultative approach to understand their challenges and provide customised solutions. Maintain accurate forecasting and a strong, visible pipeline.
Collaborate to Win: Work seamlessly with Account Managers, support functions, and other Adecco Group verticals to deliver exceptional client experiences, ensuring smooth delivery while fostering retention and expansion opportunities.
Inspire the Team: Be a role model and champion of our ‘One LHH’ culture, uniting efforts across the UK team and sharing best practices in solution selling.

Reporting directly to the UK Specialist Markets Sales Director, you will collaborate closely with the wider sales team, leveraging the expertise of LHH’s business and support functions. This role thrives on partnership, aligning with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results and drive growth in the SME market.
